Cancellation Policy
A fee of 50% of the service may be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time (ex. a fee of $50 for a $100 service.)
A fee of 70% of the service may be charged for any no show or cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment time.
If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and a fee of 70% of the service may be charged.
Any no show or late cancellation due to sickness or an emergency will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
